We do accept pets, but they must be pre-approved by the property owner upon application.
We also have breed restrictions for certain types of animals such as pit bulls and rottweilers etc.
Unlike most property managers we do not charge a pet fee per month, we only charge an additional deposit.
General rule of thumb:
Add $100 to security deposit – House trained cats and house trained small dogs under 25 lbs
Add $200 to security deposit – House trained small dogs between 25 lbs and 75 lbs.
For pets over 75 lbs, please email [email protected] with the breed type, description, and a photo of your pet.
All animals should be flea treated. If a unit has fleas upon time of move-out, a portion of your deposit will be used for extermination.
